How do I return an item?

Before returning an item, please check our HomeMallPH Return policy to make sure your item is eligible for return. If your return meets all the requirements, return can be initiated via “My Orders” and only enabled once you have an item on-hand that it within the warranty period.

What is HomeMallPH’s Return policy?

All items sold on HomeMallPH are covered with the return policy that can be found on the item’s page. Standard warranty period is 7 days for Return, Refund and Exchange Policy.

Requirements for a valid return:

  • Meets the required coverage period above.
  • Reason for Return has to be valid and return acceptance condition met.

Returning an Item Conditions:

  1. Damaged item upon arrival due to shipping or handling.
  2. Defective product due tomanufacturer or factory.
  3. Fashion Items does not FIT but NOT applicable for undergarment items.
  4. Not as Advertised by the merchant.
  5. Wrong Items delivered.
  6. Missing parts / items or accesories.

Note Your return must be in new condition, complete accessories and original packaging. Tags and lables are attached or not tampered. As for gadgets sealed is not broken thus will make the warranty period null and void.

Note Options for Reimbursements are in forms of Voucher, Refund and Replacement.

Can I return a product after 7 days upon delivery?

Your item cannot be returned after 7 days but we provide warranty outside 7 days returning period (Note: this still depends on the item and seller). Please contact us for further assistance.

How long is the quality evaluation process?

The Quality Evaluation process would start as soon as the item is received and would normally take 1-7 business days but may extend due to the following reasons:

  1. Fortitous Events (Acts of Nature, Government driven circumstance)
  2. Electronic Items that would require additional testing
  3. Items that would require Supplier/Merchant testing and/or QC

For scenarios mentioned above, a call or email will be sent automatically to inform you of the situation or once an update or change of status has been placed that take up to a maximum of 45 days. Replacement/ Refund process only begins after we have completed the evaluation of your returned product.

You can track return status on the Returns and Concerns under your Account or contact us for further assistance.

REFUND

How soon will I receive my refund?

Refund can be processed in case of return or cancellation. We will update you via email and SMS once your refund has been initiated. If the refund does not arrive after the next two months’ statements, please contact your issuing bank or party directly for support.

I have bought an item on promotion or with a voucher. What amount will you refund me?

For items purchased on sale, the amount refunded will be the exact amount paid, and not its original value. If you purchased an item with a voucher, we will refund you the amount you paid for the item and provide you with a replacement voucher with the same value as the original voucher.

Store points is a return mechanism worth equally to the value of product you ordered. You can use the store points purchase any item. Store points is a reward points credited to the customers accounts from every successful transactions or via referral program and can be used to purchase HomeMallPH stores.
